Pinecrest 42 Union Pines 12 Another waist of Pinecrest's time, but I'm always on board for rivalry games.
Richmond 45 Lee 7 Probably the only 1 of the 6 nonconference teams Richmond will play that should be a definate win. These two go back a long time, so I will not be suprised if this one finds a way to stay close.
Purnell Swett 35 St Pauls 13 Went to watch Swett practice last week. I saw some really good things and some things that needed work. Even the things that needed work could win this week.
Jack Britt 42 Hoke 20 I would have probably made this one closer, but after the Buck's defensive meltdown on Friday night, I think the K-less Bucs will have this one wrapped up by halftime.
New Hanover 35 Scotland 13 Too much offense for New Hanover. If Wildcat QB Jordan Betts is back to 100% from his preseason injury, this one could get ugly sooner than later.
Lumberton 41 Overhills 13 Kicking off your season with the excitement of a 2 point game will fire up a team really quick. Especially when you are on the losing side of it like Lumberton was last week. Too bad Overhills will get punished for it.
